How to return something
- Email hello@example.com with your order number and which items you are returning.
- We send a prepaid label for returns inside the EU within one working day.
- Pack the items so they survive the trip and drop the parcel at any pickup point.
- We refund to the original payment method within five working days of the parcel arriving.
What we cannot take back
Products past their best-before date, packs that have been decanted into another container, and anything damaged after delivery. Outside the EU, return postage is at your cost.
Something arrived damaged
Send a photo of the pack and the outer box to hello@example.com. We ship a replacement the same working day and you do not need to return the damaged item.
