Dispatch
Orders placed before 14:00 CET on a working day leave our warehouse the same day. Orders after that, or at the weekend, go out on the next working day. You get a tracking link by email as soon as the label is created.

Payment methods
We accept iDEAL, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, SEPA direct debit and Klarna pay-later where available. Card details are handled by our payment provider and never touch our servers.
Your card is charged when the order is placed. If an item turns out to be unavailable we refund that line within two working days and ship the rest.
Damaged or missing parcels
If tracking says delivered and nothing arrived, give it one more working day, then contact us. If a pack arrives damaged, send a photo and we ship a replacement the same day. Full return terms are on the returns and refunds page.
