Taking them
Which supplements do I actually need?
Fewer than most shops suggest. In Northern Europe, vitamin D between October and March has the strongest case for most adults. Beyond that it depends on your diet, blood work and training load. A blood test costs less than a year of guessing, and we would rather you take two products that help than seven that do not.
When should I take each one?
Fat-soluble vitamins (D3, K2) and omega-3 go with a meal that contains fat. Iron absorbs best away from coffee, tea and calcium. Zinc can cause nausea on an empty stomach. Magnesium suits the evening. Creatine can go at any time as long as it is daily.
Can I take several at once?
Usually yes, with two exceptions worth knowing: zinc and iron compete for the same absorption pathway, so separate them by a few hours, and high-dose calcium blunts both. The daily protocol on our home page is one workable order.
I take prescription medication. Is that a problem?
It can be. Vitamin K2 interacts with blood thinners, magnesium affects absorption of some antibiotics, and high-dose supplements can interfere with thyroid medication. Ask your GP or pharmacist before starting anything. We cannot give medical advice.
Products and quality
Where can I see the lab report for my pack?
Every pack carries a batch number on the base. Enter it on the product page to open the certificate of analysis for that exact batch, showing potency, heavy metals and microbial results from an accredited third-party lab.
Are the products vegan?
All except two. The omega-3 softgel is fish oil and the collagen peptides are bovine. Everything else uses plant-based capsules. Each product page states this in the details section.
How long does a pack last?
Every listing shows days per pack at the recommended serving, not just capsule count. Most run 60 days. Powders vary with scoop size, so the number of servings is printed on the label.
Orders
When will my order arrive?
Orders placed before 14:00 CET on a working day ship the same day. Delivery takes 2–4 working days inside the EU and 5–8 elsewhere. Full rates are on the shipping and payment page.
Can I return something I have opened?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery, opened or not. Tell us the order number, send the pack back, and we refund to the original payment method within five working days of it arriving.
Do you ship outside the EU?
To the UK, Switzerland and Norway. Import duty and local VAT are payable by you on arrival, and a few ingredients face restrictions in some countries. Check your national rules before ordering.
