About Dose
We started because reading a label should not require a chemistry degree.
Two of us spent years comparing supplement labels for family members and kept hitting the same wall: impressive ingredient lists, no useful numbers. Dose is the shop we wanted to buy from.
How we choose
A product only makes the range if three things are true. There is human trial evidence for the effect at a specific dose. The form we can source is one the body actually absorbs. And the amount that works fits into a pack a person will keep taking.
That test rules out a lot. It is why you will find magnesium bisglycinate rather than magnesium oxide, and why there is no greens powder on this site. When the evidence for something is weak but people still want it, we say that plainly on the product page rather than leaving it out or overselling it.

Who is behind it
