1. Who you are buying from
Dose Supplements BV, registered in Rotterdam under Chamber of Commerce number 00000000, VAT number NL000000000B01. Contact details are on the imprint page.
2. When a contract is formed
Your order is an offer to buy. The contract exists once we send the order confirmation email. We may decline an order if a product is unavailable, if the price shown was clearly wrong, or if we suspect fraud.
3. Prices and payment
All prices include VAT at the applicable rate and exclude shipping unless stated. Shipping is added at checkout before you confirm. Accepted payment methods are listed on the shipping and payment page.
4. Right of withdrawal
As a consumer in the EU you may cancel within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. We voluntarily extend this to 30 days and accept opened packs. See returns and refunds for how to do it.
5. Product information and health claims
Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Nothing on this site is medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Do not exceed the stated daily dose, and keep products out of reach of children.
6. Liability and applicable law
Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law. Dutch law applies, and consumers keep the protection of the mandatory rules of their own country of residence.
